Where should we stay?
We kindly ask that all our guests stay at our host resort Now Jade Riviera Cancun. We want our wedding celebration to be a vacation experience for everyone and we'd love to spend some time with you outside the Wedding Day, be that at the pool, or by sharing a few meals and drinks together. We have set aside a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at this resort and we ask that you make your reservation through our travel coordinator MarieSam.

When should we arrive?
If you've traveled all this way, we'd love for you to make a vacation out of it and join us as early as possible. Our room block is available as early as March 24 to 29, 2022. And the Wedding Day is on Saturday, March 26th. We recommend that you arrive at least 2 days before the Wedding Day. But please come and stay as long as you'd like. (You are able to stay longer than March 26th but our agent will have to request the extended dates). 

What should I wear to the wedding?
Please dress formally for the wedding. Think beachy, but elegant.

Are kids invited to the wedding?
As we know many of you will make a family vacation out of this, you are absolutely invited to bring your children to stay with you at the resort. Now Jade has a great Kids Club that provides supervised activities daily. 

What do we do about transportation in Mexico?
Transportation to and from Cancun Airport to Now Jade Riviera Cancun is included with our group block rates. If you would like to plan any private transfers or excursions, please ask our travel coordinator MarieSam for information and assistance on that request. 

Do you we have to stay at Now Jade? Can we stay somewhere else and still attend your wedding?
All guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Now Jade, you will be required to pay a day pass to attend our wedding ceremony and reception for the day. 

What is the weather like? What should we pack?
Riviera Cancun, Mexico is typically hot and humid throughout the year -- temperatures are usually in the high 80s to 90s. We recommend bringing light summer clothing and swimsuits. Other helpful essentials include sunblock, water shoes, swim coverups, flip-flops, sunglasses, etc. Think beach vacation with beach elegant attire for the Wedding Day and beach chic attire for dinners on the other nights during your stay.
